Most orders are completed within 3-5 business day's, depending on the complexity of the design and material. Custom or bulk orders may take long, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Laser etching lightly marks the surface, creating a smooth and precise design. Laser engraving goes deeper into the material for a more textured, permanent finish. Both methods create beautiful results, but engraving is more durable for high-use items.

In the future we do have plans to do this, but unfortunately at this stage we do not offer bulk ordering. If you have any questions though about large orders feel free to contact us!

 We primarily engrave on vegetable-tanned leather, which creates a clean and precise engraving. If you have another type of leather in mind, just let us know, and we’ll see if it’s compatible. 

 Yes! We can laser engrave photos, text, logos, or detailed artwork. Higher-quality images produce the best results, so please provide the clearest image possible. 

 Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
